All Heerana pieces are thoughtfully made-to-order, ensuring each creation is crafted exclusively for you. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in gold and diamond weight (within 0.05 gm to 0.1 gm) may occur. Any upward variation will be transparently communicated and collected prior to dispatch, while any downward variation will be adjusted and refunded accordingly.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with payment authorization.

In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed.

Orders once placed for made-to-order jewellery cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.
