Customised Pieces

Orders that are customised or made-to-order cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun. These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be reassigned.

Refunds on Cancellation

If your cancellation request is accepted, any payment made will be processed as a refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Heerana’s Discretion

Heerana reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with payment processing. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
