Return & Refund Policy

At Heerana, every piece is designed to be worn often and kept with ease. If something isn’t right, we aim to make the process clear and straightforward.

Returns

We offer returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the piece must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accompanying packaging, invoice, and certificates (if applicable).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Customised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Any shipping charges, payment gateway fees, or applicable deductions may be adjusted based on actual costs incurred.

Any minor variation in gold or diamond weight (within 0.05 gm to 0.1 gm) is a natural outcome of handcrafted jewellery. In such cases, only the differential amount will be adjusted — either collected prior to dispatch or refunded seamlessly, as applicable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible products, subject to availability.

If you would like to exchange your piece, you can request it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with all documents and packaging intact.

Any price difference between the exchanged products will be adjusted accordingly.

If you wish to explore a different design, our team will be happy to assist. We will arrange a secure return pickup, and upon successful quality inspection, the value of your purchase will be issued as store credits. These credits can be conveniently redeemed across any Heerana piece of your choice.

Customised Pieces

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is created specifically for you and is not eligible for return or refund once the order has been confirmed.

Product Condition

All returned items undergo a quality check before approval.

Heerana reserves the right to decline returns or apply deductions if the product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or if any original components are missing.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for securely shipping the product back to us. In certain cases, a nominal return shipping fee may be applicable.

We recommend using a reliable and insured courier service, as Heerana is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
